01 Scoping Services
Our first goal is to ensure our customers have the necessary documentation for an effective control system. We take pride in maintaining thorough records to ensure our customers have detailed visibility to the technical solutions we provide. We are also able to provide suggestions on industry best practice for engineering documentation.
02 Design Documents
BXG is capable of generating control systems engineering documentation. This includes but not limited to Cause & Effect’s, Control Narratives, and IO Lists. We work with our customers to understand their needs and translate this to clear and concise design documentation. We can create these using your preferred format, or using BXG internal templates.
03 Controls
This is the heart of what we do. Whether you are looking for a PLC/HMI solution, or an integrated DCS solution, BXG has a rigorously tested framework ready to go. Our deep library of HMI templates, prebuild logic blocks, and custom Python and VBA scrips allow us to slash development time and provide quality solutions at a fraction of the time as our competitors.
04 CAD Services
We have extensive experience in Autocad, Autocad Electrical, and NX. We regularly generate control panel and remote IO panel drawings often for use by our expert team of panel builders. Additionally, BXG can implement redlines for P&IDs, MCC drawings, and other CAD drawings.
05 Fabrication
BXG has full-scale panel fabrication capabilities and is ETL-certified for both general and Class 1 Div 2 areas. Read more about ETL certification here.
ETL certification is a proof of product compliance to North American safety standards. ETL stands for Electrical Testing Laboratories, which is the testing and certification division of Intertek Testing Laboratories.
06 Service Support Agreements
At BXG, the job isn’t done until the customer is satisfied. Once that primary objective is met, we have the capability and resources to provide ongoing support to address any customer resources or provide any technical assistance.
07 Start-Up
Facility Start-Ups can be stressful, but that stress can be eliminated when you have a team on your side with over 100 facility startups under their belt. Our field experts provide start to finish start-up and commissioning services. This includes hardware deployment, network configuration, loop checks, process testing, and safety testing. Our team can provide non-stop 24/7 on-site coverage as well.
08 Instrumentation
Our engineers are able to spec and procure any instrumentation needed for your process. Our field team can then install and calibrate hardware. We have Trex Communicators, HART communicators, Process Meters, and other calibration equipment to ensure our team has the tools needed to readily satisfy our customer’s needs.
